Cancellation

You may cancel an order by calling us at our customer care numbers provided in the Contact Us page. Any request for cancellation has to be made within 24 hours of placing the order.

For paid digital web Language Lab plans, any request for cancellation has to be made within 24 hours of requesting access to the Language Lab plans.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your cancellation request for a digital product or subscription, we will notify you via email.
  • We will review your request in accordance with our Digital Product Cancellation and Refunds Policy to determine eligibility for a refund.
  • If your request meets the eligibility criteria, we will promptly notify you of the refund status.
  • If approved, the refund will be initiated to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card or other payment service). The exact time to receive the credit will depend on your payment provider’s policies.
  • For cancellations made in accordance with our Cancellation Policy, any eligible amount paid will be refunded within 30 business days, excluding applicable processing fees, and may be issued as a cashback or credit to your account.
  • For paid digital Language Lab plans, approved refunds will be credited within 30 days of cancellation.
